Slow Cooker French Onion Turkey

I don’t typically make soup from a packet, but ever since I discovered this recipe, I sure as hell always have packets of french onion soup mix in my cabinet. This is  the easiest crock pot meal I have ever made. The soup mix turns into a thick, flavorful sauce that is soo delish. Three ingredients. No prep. No hassle. Just eat.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless turkey breast or chicken breast
  • 2 packets of french onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions

Place oil and soup mix into separate, shallow bowls.  Lightly coat each turkey breast with oil, then dip it in soup mix, completely covering it.  Place the turkey in the crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

That’s it. Then you eat it.
