- Whole grain bread
- Cheddar or colby jack cheese
- 1 egg, fried
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Siracha (more for spicier sauce)
Prepare the spicy sauce by combining mayonnaise and siracha in a small bowl. Add more siracha if you want spicier sauce.
Prepare all your other ingredients: Slice tomato, avocado, and lettuce. Cook bacon in a frying pan and set between paper towels to absorb excess oil. Fry one egg (Crack it open in a lightly buttered frying pan. Cook until the whites are no longer transparent, then flip. Cook until the yolk is at your preferred consistency — I like mine cooked all the way through. Runny eggs skeeve me out big time.). Butter your bread and toast it on the frying pan (hey, I didn’t say it was healthy, just delicious).
Spread spicy sauce on both pieces of bread. Add one fried egg, avocado slices…
